Psychotherapist &
Licensed Creative Arts Therapist
About Me.
I am Psychotherapist and Board Certified Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT-BC) with over a decade of experience in mental health. I provide therapeutic services to adults exploring a deeper understanding of themselves, teens, children, frontline workers and those impacted by the judicial system.
I believe connecting with your therapist is imperative to finding strength, empowerment, self expression without judgment, and safety within the healing process.
I take an integrative approach, utilizing both the creative process and/or talk therapy in a flexible, client-centered way. I work using a relational, humanistic, and strength-based model.
Currently located in both Greenpoint, Brooklyn and Manhattan.

What is Art Therapy?
When words are hard to find, art therapists offer a supportive space for clients to express themselves through creativity. By integrating nonverbal cues and metaphors, art therapists help clients navigate their emotions and experiences in a unique and personal way.
Do I have to Make Art or be Artistic?
No. I work at the pace of the client. I am trained in talk psychotherapy where no art making is necessary.
Creative Arts Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive and safe space for individuals connect, form community and share their experiences with others. Over a series of sessions, participants will engage in activities such as art-making, journaling, and mind-body experiences to process trauma and explore their identities. Each participant is treated as an individual, and I will always work at their pace, validating their experience in the group process.
Currently taking new clients for both individual and group therapy.
